The Compliance Hub (Dashboard → Compliance Hub) is your firm-level AML/CTF program management centre. Where individual client records show you one relationship at a time, the Compliance Hub gives you the broad view of your program’s overall health. It’s the page your Compliance Officer should check regularly, organised across three tabs.
The Compliance Hub is available to users with audit access (Owner, Admin, and Compliance Officer roles).

Overview

The Overview tab is your program dashboard:
  • Compliance calendar — all upcoming client review deadlines, reporting obligations, and scheduled internal audits.
  • Regulatory alerts feed — AUSTRAC notices and legislative updates relevant to your firm type.
  • Program status — an overall AML/CTF program health score, broken down across the five compliance pillars: Governance, Risk, People, Monitoring, and Reporting.

Audit & Monitoring

Every staff member in an AML-designated role is continuously screened against PEP and sanctions lists. The Audit & Monitoring tab surfaces those staff screening alerts:
  • Alerts are rated Critical / High / Warning / Info.
  • Each alert has a status of Open, In Review, Dismissed, or Confirmed.
  • Every alert must be reviewed and resolved with a written record.
This is staff monitoring. Client PEP/sanctions alerts live on the Monitoring Alerts page, and transaction/wallet alerts live on the Transaction Monitoring page.

My Firm Compliance

The My Firm Compliance tab is your firm’s document library — the evidence AUSTRAC examiners request first. Documents are organised into four folders: Upload multiple files at once with per-file progress tracking, and keep everything filed in the correct category so it’s easy to present during an examination.
The My Firm Compliance document library is one of the first things AUSTRAC examiners ask to see. Keep your AML/CTF Policy, board approval minutes, and any AUSTRAC correspondence filed and current before an examination notice arrives — not after.
