Yes. ClearAML is engineered specifically for accountants, lawyers, and real estate professionals (DNFBPs). Our workflows, risk assessments, and audit trails are designed to meet the upcoming AUSTRAC reforms — effective 1 July 2026 — so you don’t have to worry about compliance gaps.
We believe compliance shouldn’t be a profit centre. We pass on wholesale, direct-to-provider rates for Identity (DVS) and Biometric checks. You pay a fair subscription for the software, and we don’t mark up the data fees. No hidden costs, just fair pricing.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-grade 256-bit encryption. We host exclusively in Australian data centres (Melbourne region) to ensure full data sovereignty and compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Yes. Whether you’re moving from a spreadsheet or another provider, you can bulk-import your clients via CSV in minutes. The platform maps your data immediately so you can start risk profiling right away.
ClearAML is built exclusively for Australian Tranche 2 professionals. Unlike generic or international providers, we offer direct wholesale rates ($5 ID checks), forensic audit logs designed for AUSTRAC reviews, and a dashboard tailored specifically for the risk profiles of accountants, lawyers, and real estate agents.
ClearAML offers three plans:
  • Starter — $149/month +GST. Up to 5 users, unlimited risk assessments, standard email support.
  • Professional — 299/month+GST.Upto25users,prioritysame−daysupport,adedicatedaccountmanager,and299/month +GST. Up to 25 users, priority same-day support, a dedicated account manager, and 135 in monthly verification credits.
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing. Unlimited users, white labelling, custom training modules, and a dedicated compliance success manager.
All plans include a 14-day free trial and a $15 signup credit. No credit card is required to start.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
All primary data and identity documents are stored in Australian data centres located in the Melbourne region. ClearAML never stores your client data offshore. See the Security page for a full breakdown of our data residency practices.
No. ClearAML is designed so that any staff member in your firm can run checks and manage client risk profiles. The platform guides you through each step, and your dashboard provides a clear view of what actions are required. For firms with a compliance officer, role-based access controls let you assign appropriate permissions to each team member.
Yes. When you upgrade, you get access to the new features immediately. Your account is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
