Running more than one regulated sector?
If your firm operates several regulated service lines under one ABN — a real estate arm inside an accounting practice, conveyancing alongside legal work — you can add them to any plan instead of running separate accounts. Your first service line is included in every plan. Each additional line is +50% of your plan’s base fee, recurring: $24.50/mo on Solo, $74.50/mo on Starter, $149.50/mo on Professional. Each line carries its own risk methodology, and your blended multi-sector AML/CTF program is included at no extra cost. Verification pricing is unchanged — a client is one identity no matter how many lines your firm runs, so you are never charged twice to verify or screen the same person. See Service Lines for setup, staff restrictions, and how the unified compliance program works.Plan feature comparison
Manual entity/UBO mapping is always free and unlimited on every plan. The AI extraction allowance only applies when you ask ClearAML to draft an ownership map automatically from an uploaded document.
Verification pricing
Individual verifications are paid from your wallet, not bundled into a monthly quota:Your current plan and seat usage
Navigate to Settings → Billing to view your active plan. The Current Plan card shows:- Your subscription tier and status (active, trial, past due, etc.)
- Your next renewal date
- A seat usage progress bar showing active seats against your plan limit
Monthly usage
The Monthly Usage section tracks how many verifications your firm has run in the current billing period:- KYC Checks (Identity) — electronic identity verifications using DVS, document checks, and biometric matching
- KYB Checks (Entity) — entity structure checks including directors, shareholders, and ultimate beneficial owners
- Screening (PEP/Sanctions) — checks against global PEP, sanctions, and adverse media lists
Pre-paid credits wallet
Verifications are paid for from your Pre-Paid Wallet. The wallet stores a dollar balance that is debited each time a check is run. Professional plan subscribers receive $135 in credits added to the wallet automatically at the start of each billing month.Unused credits carry over and never expire — both your monthly plan credits and any manual top-ups stay in your wallet until you use them.
Topping up your wallet
1
Open the wallet card
Go to Settings → Billing. The Pre-Paid Wallet card is on the right side of the page.
2
Enter an amount
In the Quick Add Funds section, enter the dollar amount you want to add. The minimum one-time top-up is shown below the input field.
3
Complete payment
Click Add Funds Now. You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. After payment, the balance is updated in your wallet immediately.
Auto-recharge
Auto-recharge automatically tops up your wallet when the balance falls below a threshold you set, so verifications never fail due to insufficient funds. To enable auto-recharge:- Complete at least one manual top-up to save a payment method.
- Toggle Auto-Recharge on in the wallet card.
- Set a balance threshold — the minimum balance that triggers a recharge.
- Set a recharge amount — how much to add when the threshold is reached.
- Click Save Auto-Recharge Settings.
Auto-recharge requires a saved payment method. Charges include 10% GST (e.g. a $50 recharge is billed as $55.00).
Transaction history
The wallet card includes a Recent Transactions table showing every credit and debit with a timestamp, description, amount, and running balance. Use the search field to filter by description, or filter by type (credits, debits) and sort by date.Upgrading or managing your subscription
