Accessing firm settings
Go to Settings in the left sidebar and select the Profile tab. Your personal profile appears at the top; the Organization Profile section is directly below it.Firm details
Enter your firm name
Type your firm’s legal or trading name in the Firm Name field. This name appears on all client-facing reports and system emails.
Enter and verify your ABN
Enter your 11-digit Australian Business Number in the Firm ABN field, then click the lookup icon. ClearAML queries the ABR to verify the ABN and pre-fills your registered state, postcode, and city if they are not already set. If your firm name field is blank, it is also pre-filled from the ABR record.
Set your registered address
Enter your firm’s registered address using the address autocomplete. ClearAML supports structured address fields (street, suburb, state, postcode). The address is concatenated for legacy AUSTRAC batch exports automatically.
Set the default currency
Choose your preferred display currency. AUD is the default and is required for AUSTRAC statutory reporting. Other options (USD, EUR, GBP, NZD) are available if your firm operates internationally.
Firm logo
Your firm logo appears in client-facing emails — including KYC verification requests, document upload requests, and team invitations. It is rendered at 50 px height.Upload a logo
In the Firm Logo section, click Upload Logo and select a PNG or JPG file. The file must be under 300 KB.
AUSTRAC statutory reporting
The AUSTRAC RE Number (Reporting Entity Number) is required when generating Batch XML exports for submission to AUSTRAC Online. You can find your RE Number in your AUSTRAC Online account under My Profile. Enter the number in the Reporting Entity Number field and save. ClearAML embeds this value in all batch export files automatically.Personal profile settings
Each user — regardless of role — can update their own personal profile from Settings → Profile. The following fields are available:- Full Name — appears in audit logs and on KYC reports
- Job Title — shown in reports and the team directory
- Phone Number — stored on your profile record
- Digital Signature — a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image (max 5 MB) appended to KYC reports you generate. Upload, preview, and remove from the profile card.
White labelling (Enterprise)
Enterprise plans include full white labelling: replace ClearAML branding with your firm’s logo, apply a custom colour scheme, and serve the platform from a custom domain. This gives clients a seamless, branded experience throughout the verification and onboarding process.White labelling is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan.
